Stichting Swim4Brains is a Public Benefit Organisation (ANBI). This means that donations to Swim4Brains are tax-deductible from income tax, provided you meet the conditions of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst).
The foundation meets all legal transparency and spending requirements imposed on an ANBI. All donations benefit the Hersenstichting (Dutch Brain Foundation) and are used for groundbreaking brain research, with a specific focus on The Class — a program for young adults (18–30 years old) with acquired brain injury (ABI).
